560 Brush Washer

This 560 Washer has brushes installed. The mobilizer weldment located inside the machine provides continual, gentle product agitation during processing. This agitation completely exposes the product to the brushes resulting in maximum washing efficiency while minimizing dirt carry-over. The product retention time is controlled by the mobilizer discharge auger flights. The mobilizer speed can be adjusted to raise/lower the product bed depth which in turn changes the washing force exerted onto the product by the brush bristles.
