560 Abrasive Peeler

This 560 Peeler has (4) abrasive rolls and (2) brushes installed. The mobilizer weldment located inside the machine provides continual, gentle product agitation during processing. This agitation completely exposes the product to the abrasive rolls resulting in maximum peeling efficiency while minimizing flat spotting commonly seen in competitors equipment. The product retention time is controlled by an adjustable discharge gate (not shown) which minimizes good product recovery loss due to over peeling. The brushes provide product polishing after the peeling is completed.
