RC Waterless Rotary Peeler

The RC Series Waterless Peelers basically consist of a frame and a high-speed reel. The inner reel assembly spins as a unit while the individual brushes spin within the reel at a high rate of speed to peel, wash or polish root crop products. The high-speed rolls fling peel and debris off the brush tips into the waste collection pan, in essence eliminating the need for water sprays during processing. Compared to competitors units that can require up to 100 gpm of water during processing, this results in huge savings on utilities by greatly reducing the amount of fresh water used as well as almost eliminating sanitary sewer loading as peel can be collected and disposed of in landfills or sold for further processing. The RC Series units are available in 8, 12 and 16 roll configurations.
