5XX Series Belt Drive

The 500 Series Peeler/Scrubber/Washer/Polisher is driven by a single roller drive motor. Unlike competitors who use up to 8 drive motors per machine, TNT uses a single roller drive motor, greatly reducing maintenance and operating costs. Our new, long lasting, minimal maintenance belt drive system eliminates the required replacement of rusty chains and sprockets which can contaminate product and provides smooth and quiet operation.
